Paleogeografische reconstructie 9000 jaar geleden

Deze paleogeografische kaart geeft een voorstelling van de positie van de kustlijn op een bepaald moment in het verleden. De kaart werd opgesteld in het kader van het SEARCH-project aan de hand van de geldende geologische, archeologische en historische informatie. Dergelijke voorstellingen zijn steeds work in progress en worden continu bijgesteld op basis van nieuw onderzoek.

This paleogeographic map provides a representation of the position of the coast line on a specific moment in the past. The map was developed in the context of the SEARCH project and is based on the prevailing geological, archaeological and historical information. These reconstructions are work in progress and are continuously revised as a result of new research.
