The piscatorial atlas (Olsen, 1883) - Thornback ray

In the framework of the initiative HisGISKust, maps from Olsen (1883) (collection VLIZ) were digitized and georeferenced by VLIZ in order to disclose these in open access to end users, together with the appropriate metadata. Based on the georeferenced maps, shapefiles can be generated as well (e.g. coastline, dune area, etc.).
